We can test our code by launching the project and navigating to index.html. The very first time the persistent cookie will be empty, and it will then be filled with the value in the textbox each time we click on the button on the page. Every following time we load the page, the textbox and the transient state property called name will be set with the value read from the cookie. Each value put in the property bag will travel to the server side at each button click because of the call towards the Hub method, and this transparently pushes the state bag to the server. The same happens the other way round, when we modify the state bag on the server that's propagated to the client when the server-side method returns, or in case any client callback execution is triggered by the Hub.
